1st) The object arrives in a box and not "ready for use" - not a huge deal, but still took me by surprise.

2) The item is not click-to-resize. I click, hit the numbers I want and it does not react. :(

3) It cannot be manually resized either. :(

It is lovely. But, I won't buy again...Or from this store. The owner has not logged in since 6/2017!
