Title says it all

Careful with this one. Saw the backgammon board in world at an Arab sim, loved the look feel the price the whole thing.. Purchased it on the spot and here is where it all went wrong, It doesn't Rez,, nothing , tried at sandboxes at home many places, dropped a note for help to the owner, no response .,, 1 month later. I bought it again, with the hope it was just a tech glitch ,, same result. nothing,, wrote the owner numerous times , nothing , crickets.
