Full permission Mesh:
Buying a full permission mesh product gives you license to create items that you can sell as part of your own creation. You do not get the rights on the dae files which remain exclusive property of me.
You are not permitted to sell the product with the texture as is, make it into your own creation and do not sell as stand alone. The mesh must be part of a build and a completely different product. For example a display can not be sold as a display, but if sold as added inside a shop - its okay. Only adding a shadow prim or similar is not okay.
You are not allowed to sell these items unless you first set the permission to either:
No copy
OR
No transfer
Do not:
Give away as freebies.
Share with friends and alts.
Use as part of business in a box.
Full Permission Textures and Sculpt Maps:
Can only be used for adding to your build and never sold on their own.
The build has to have either only copy OR transfer permissions.
Exporting from SL to computer or other virtual world is not allowed.
Sculpt maps are no modify.
Do not:
Give textures and or sculptmaps or builds with textures and or sculpt maps applied away as freebies.
Share textures and or sculptmaps or builds with textures and or sculpt maps applied with friends and alts.
Use textures and or sculptmaps or builds with textures and or sculpt maps applied as part of business in a box.
Not full permission products is not allowed to resell, no matter if they are transfer or not.
No support or warranty is given on gifts, prizes and hunt items.
My products are licensed to be used within Second Life only. It is not allowed to export in to other grids, games or programs.
Be responsible and respect the creator (me!) by following the terms. They apply as soon as you have received delivery of a product., no matter if its bought, won, found or sent personally by me. I will report to LL and take legal actions if my terms is violated, so if you are not sure you understand my terms completely, please contact me before use to avoid problems.
