[AC] The Blanca M Prefab - 36m x 43m - 153 Prims

A very stylish and modern build extremely well made and not too high on the prim count. Very helpful and friendly seller highly recommend this.

Had trouble deciding between the different sizes but eventually settled on this one and I am in love with it.

The building itself is perfect. But I wish the designer would provide shadow textures, so customers could re-texture the building the way they like. I don't really like those gray-ish textures. I would love to have warmer colors. The thing is, if I wanna tint some parts, I can't do it without the tint overlapping on the outside wall, because the wall is one piece. This is the first time I can't buy or even ask the designer for shadow maps, since the description says "No support is given for modification the item is sold as an end product ". Those plain textures provided in the box are not enough to make some customizations where I'd like them to be. Even after months it still bothers me, that I cannot make my own textures, because I don't know how shadow maps look like and I feel there should be this kind of support with buildings.

I have bought several shops in the past from this seller and they are usually my go to when i want a new look or need something larger for expansion. This is the BEST store! Gorgeous detail. Open and airy. Beautiful textures. I absolutely can't fault it. Some lovely extras included too. Highly recomended!

And the creator was very helpful when I needed help to set up a few things.
