ADK - STONE HOUSE BEACH

For the price, you can't beat it. Packaging is a little off...there are several elements that aren't linked properly, so if you move the house, you have to spend a lot of time going back and moving little things to get them back into place. The lighting seems unfinished: there are several lights/lamps that are part of the build, but only two of them actually work, so I just deleted the others and hung my own. A few lamps seem like the designer simply forgot to put shades on the wireframes. There are no doors or window coverings. The LOD is quite low for some elements, especially noticeable in the stairs and some of the wood trim...you have to get within just a few meters before these elements display correctly, while everything else looks pretty good from a distance. With all these minor annoyances the whole build feels rushed and incomplete, but hey, it's a $10 house. :) Positives: great for an isolated beach, lots of room to move around, open air feeling, no bumping into walls or stairs when you move, lots of interior and exterior room for furniture without anything looking cramped or crowded. Even with the issues mentioned, I haven't found anything else I'd rather have on my beach.

This is a good build, being so low in prims i can decorate and still keep prim load down,GREAT BUY at 10L
