Amazing beautiful gown, but has a slight tear

I recently purchased this dress for the Paliwood 2016 gala and really enjoyed wearing it but as seen on this video.... there is a slight tear in the mesh on the left breast... we tried resizing, stretching and even decreasing the size of my breasts to no avail.
