Once you have bought a pet you will automatically get updates of these new features.
In the case whereby the puppy is missing and you failed to locate it using your UI, please come to the shop and use the "Replace Corner". In the "Replace Corner", only the registrant can receive a new puppy again.

i lost my dog
hello i have recently purchased the "Golden yorkshire" the first dog i bought got lost it was there before i got offline and when i got on the next morning it was not there, so i made another purchase of the "YorkShire" and this one got lost as soon ass i took it out of my inventory is there anyway i can get a full refund for both dogs please which will be L$1800 ?

I love these dogs. They are so cute and charming. Only wish is that it would be possible for friends to pet them as well. But overall very happy with them. The replacement works perfectly. Had the dogs on an old avatar and even after a year or so I could still get the new versions with no problems. Great great dogs .-) and cute outfits with the new versions as well .-)
