This "Never Hate" tattoo was brought on by the writings of Anne Frank,and inspired by the hate crimes that take place because someone believed different, looked different, loved different, felt different, expressed different, or acted different. Etc.

Above the cypress tree is chestnut leaves and 2 Seagulls.The significance of these items can be found in this excerpt from Anne's diary:
"The two of us looked out at the blue sky,
the bare chestnut tree glistening with dew,
the seagulls and other birds glinting with
silver as they swooped through the air, and
we were so moved and entranced that we
couldn't speak" - February 23, 1944
