This is the perfect beach house!
There is a small issue on the porch but if you have any kind of edit skills you can fix this very easily without adding to the prim. One of my favorite beach houses.
Its not bad
Its only 99L so you get what you pay for. I like it but will have to do repair work as there is a huge gap between patio and house so an extra plank will have to be made to sort that, but not bad and low prim.

so i give 3 stars, otherwise, i would give 5 stars. it´s very beautiful, if it works.... very nice second home, for a beach.
