shoddy customer service despite countless efforts to notecard the maker.. items not accurate at purchase
RUBBISH. AND I hate writing bad reviews, but i feel after countless efforts to resolve this with the maker im left with no choice... the description has since been updated to list contents, but, when i purchased this item, there was none. having purchased items before, from here, i was expecting the same service, not a chance, and after notecarding the maker to let them know there is nothing in this box, but two items, two layers , which are not fit for maitreya bodies, they have since updated the description, but still no come back for bad service..i have not received any communication at all despite them spamming me with mail from the groups. avoid if you can, bad customer service, from an otherwise good shop.. what happened ?
