Rigged mesh items are can not resize.
I made and include some sizes according to various Shape.
Please wear the thing near your Shape, And wear an alpha mask too. It hides original Shape.

(Only use "S" and "M" and "L" sizes)

It's cute, but i does strange effects to your body...
It causes any attached prim eyes to pop out of the head, I have never experienced this with any rigged meshes before, even the ones that include rigging up to the head ( like a hood).
This means i can't wear it, even if i want to, as it makes my avatar do strange things. Sometimes when i log in, with it attached, and detach it, it will stretch my avatar. Something is funny about this, and my suspicion would be the script that's in it, it seems to do funny things to your shape. You should either let your things be modify, or not include things like this in them!
