This was the very best experience ever really as I was able to learn two things, if you want more Prims rent some land with this company and to enjoy seeing so many houses that I have purchased be put up and decorated even if it was for a day. What fun!

we tried to solve a problem caused by neighbors by politely contacting them .. on his turn he contacted the amestate and the advice of their manager in charge was to ignore and ban us ... we tried to get in touch with her but she stated to not to discuss with us but adress the issue ( to who ) and said it won't be solved quickly .. we talk about a skybox of 128 x 128 rezzed over our and others land , clearly against their own rules .... its obviously they don't care about their clients

I rented a parcel on a sim that came landscaped and furnished under the guidance of Amestate staff, who informed me that I could return things I didn't like, place my own foliage, and terraform. Covenant agreed with this with the words "You can terraform." under allowed uses.

After spending just over a week to relandscape, place a house, and try to terraform unsuccessfully, I found out through staff that they will not allow terraforming because the sim has terraforming locked on it. I was given the option of finding another parcel and having my linden credit transferred to that parcel, but nothing decent was available, as all other parcels were either inland or had obnoxious plots next to them with 60 meter high walls, flashy clubs, etc.

In short, I wasted two weeks of tier on a plot that ended up being unusable to me because the covenant was incorrect. Ironically enough, even though I informed them a while ago that the covenant is wrong, they couldn't even be bothered to change it so it still states that terraforming is allowed.

Highly recommend moving to a smaller landlord company that actually gives a crap about individual buyers, and making sure covenants are correct.
