Waste of money
It's tiny to start and already 166 prims. I wanted to use it as decor for a dance set but if its already 166 prims, it would end up being over 1000 once stretched out to the size i may want it at.
Do not buy unless you have extra prims to waste and you plan on sticking it on your fireplace mantle or a shelf. That's all its good for.
A haunted house?
I guess it is a haunted house...BUT A TABLE TOP VERSION! It is so small it would be a table decoration not a house you could consider to actually use. Even if you did have the prims (1000) to make it full size there is no real interior. Decor only in my opinion.

Cheap, primmy, and completely useless.
I took a chance because it was cheap and looked cool, but be warned, this thing is primmy! Even at it's original size, which was just a bit taller than my avatar, it's 199 prims! Try to make it big enough to walk into and it becomes 800+ prims and the textures start to degrade. Unless you spoil your meeroos with a lot of prims, I don't see how you could use this build. XD
