Very Lovely. AND great seller responsiveness
So I bought this a few days ago and left a rather ho-hum review because it was no mod and the fixtures textures were rather antiquated. Lo and behold the creator contacted me in-world and said he was making changes to the product. He did not complain about my review (which is why I think most people don't leave negative reviews...they get excoriated in-world when the creator reads them...trust me, I know lol), and sent me the updated product. It's now modifiable, with lovely AO and normal and specular textures. An absolute steal at 69 lindens. Thank you OYZO!
