About the Glitter cape, ''add'' it from your folder then ~ Touch the Flexi part to toggle Full Bright On/off
~ Touch the Flexi part to also get the ''resize'' menu to your computer screen ( each avatar have different size and shape, so you will maybe need to replace the flexi part to the best place to suit your avatar, also if you got taller or smaller avatar click on the % you need to increase size or decrease the size of the part.
