Head Lamp Manual

Simple LED Head Lamp!
Wear it, click the lamp on the front to toggle it on and off, click the straps to trigger the resizer menu, explained in detail in the next section

Position the head lamp unit on your forehead where you want it, dont worry about the straps, you can adjust them through the resizer dialog later!
Resizing originates from the front lamp unit!

Resizers & fitting to your head

The Head Lamp has a unique resizing functionality, where the straps themselves resize to accomodate the head, rather than the whole object resize.
CAUTION! Resizing or modifying using the viewer's build tools WILL BREAK this. If you must resize with the viewer's build tools, do not use the scripted resizing feature!
ALWAYS KEEP A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL Just in case if something goes wrong!

To use the scripted resizer, click any of the Head Lamp straps!

In the Resizer menu, you can pick between two scalar values, 0.1, and 0.05, these are the multipliers that the object will resize by, on the axis you pick!

X+, X- will increase or decrease the head's depth! (the length of the side straps)
Y+, Y- will increase or decrease the head's width! (the roundedness of the side straps)
Z+, Z- will increase or decrease the head's height! (the top strap's depth)

Resizing originates from the front lamp unit! Position the attachment on your head so that the lamp unit on the front is where you want it to be, then use the resizer to adjust the straps to fit your head!

Advanced modifying
******************

If you feel adventurous, you can actually resize and fiddle with parts despite all warning above, changing the position, rotation and size of the pieces will cause the resizer to fail to line up the straps, therefor it becomes useless at this point. If you only rotate pieces the resizer will carry on executing everything as if it never was rotated.
All of this may or may not result in unexpected behavior! You have been warned! Keep an original copy in your inventory!

Aluveaux Technologies is not responsible for damages* caused to your Head Lamp if you have been tampering with it with the viewer's edit tools!

*Damages such as unexpected strap positions, straps not lining up, mangled up shapes, or any other dimensional anomalies!
