A simple functional arc welder to weld things! Mostly intended for effects, and roleplay.
This product is materials enabled, it has normal maps and specular maps, looks best with advanced lighting enabled!
PERMISSIONS:
The worn version of the welder comes modify, copy, notrans, so you can resize it or customise it
The rezzed version of the welder comes modify, copy, notrans too, but the welder people can get from it comes nomod, copy, trans, thats because it has to transfer to other users, however it is a temporary attachment, they dont get to keep it!
Personal Usage:
Attach the object "AT Welding gun worn" to use it
Click the welder to detatch/put back
Use the included menu gesture, or /25menu to access the menu
In the menu you can select upper body only animations, or full AO, or turn animations off.
the PutBack option will detatch the welder.
To weld things, Get into mouselook, click and hold the mouse button like a gun, you can aim and weld!
Public Access Usage:
Rez the object "AT Welding Gun" and place it where ever you like
Anyone can click the welder, and if they are within range (about 5 meters) they can "pick up" the welder
It will temporarily attach to them, and they can use it just like you!
In more detail, when the rezzed welder is clicked, it will rez a copy of the usable worn welder, and attach it temporarily to the person who clicked it.
This is a temporary attachment, it only lasts until the person teleports out, and it also does not save in their inventory, they cannot use it later.
To use it again, they have to grab it again from the rezzed copy.
The welder deals damage with ZCS Combat.
You can repair SCS vehicles with the welder!

Technical details
The grinder uses raycast to detect whats infront of it, and plays grinding effects when it detects something. The raycasting direction changes with the animation you selected. This can sometimes be unreliable, the mouselook grind is a little bit more precise because the raycast casts from the camera, much like a gun would.
