It's BIG! .. for an old print, post & package shop... Means you're probably going to want a 1024m size parcel/land (or bigger) to use it on.

YES! The 64 land impact includes the doors mentioned below.

As seen in the pics, the counter swing door and the front double doors are NOT linked to the rest of the building!

Have an object in edit-mode, the edit-window open, when you rez the group object from your inventory-- then move as desired.

If you need to move after you've positioned it, then simply hold the shift button and also click the front doors, then the counter swing door after you've selected the building, this should have let you select all three objects to move at the same time.

The animated bench by the front doors has the same animations as the one at the end except no couple standing or kissing. Both benches have the SITS, READING NEWSPAPER, and LEAN-N-DRINK animations. The one by the door also only sits 2 avatars at a time, where the one at the end of the front porch deck can have up to 4 at one time-- only 3 are pictured.

The animated window counter is for 1 avatar and has 8 different animations, though 4 of those are the lean-n-drink, where 2 are for small/female avatars and the other two are for male/taller avatars.. the only difference between each drink animation is which hand is holding the cup.

As seen in the pictures, beside the window counter there's an added prim wall which was put in when I stretched the building to make room for the print press stuff. In doing so, this has also made it an easy point to put a door in if you'd like to make this two shops instead of just one, or a shop with a home beside it, etc.

YES! The front counter stuff you see in the picture is really part of the build & included! They are unlinkable and removable in that way, though the floor has been shadow textured & you'll have to cover the shadow or contact me for a texture that has no shadow.

Backstory

I had a character who ran her own secret print-press, inside a secret room in an old manor... but that sim closed and the print press set I'd made for her needed a building to accommodate it and it's new location more out in the open.. sorta. Anyroad, this building was born of that need.

I really liked the idea of the window counter to serve people who were only there for their mail and or the latest print, and with the stretch of the building mesh to fit the print press & shop guts, it made it easy to include the window counter, which I had fun finding a few good animations to suit it & build it with.

Though the bench animations are clearly geared toward the print shop, I also imagine it would make a good eatery of some kind, perhaps even a butcher shop or general store. Even an art studio or saloon with some tweaking! May whoever buys it, have much fun with however they decide to use it!
