AVsitter conversion for Bandit 25R

This package will convert your B25R to AVsitter animation engine with the following benefits :

- more robust region crossing
- ability to adjust position using either the menu or AVsitter ADJUSTER tool
- ability to add animations

After installing this package, the boat will work exactly as it did before except :

- switch to default pose for skipper and crew when mooring instead of lowering in order to preserve camera angle when lowering sails. Also changed default pose for skipper to helm pose. The old default pose can still be used by choosing "Chill" in the menu.
- crew can now change their position with a menu, same principle as the 2 arrows in the crewhud except the snuggle pose has it's own button. Crew HUD will still work as it used to (except avatar height adjustment will not work)
- hatch and hatch2 commands will no longer work but they can be operated by owner and crew by touching them
- camera reset in menu for skipper and crew
