This kit is designed to keep prims LOW LOW LOW. design wise it will work perfectly when linked to any URBAN JUNGLE store or filler building. with the copy/mod options allowing you to fit these awnings into pretty much any store front. Giving realistic feel to your urban setting with very little impact to your land, they are perfect for a prop background for photographers after that super grungy urban feel.

This kit is provided with copy and mod permissions to allow as much flexibility as needed
each provided section weighs in at 1 LI each.
however by the new calculations, when linked each awning is only 1 land impact. link them then to your buildings to potentially reduce land impact further.
also additionally provided are a full perm colour coded template and full perm texture to apply the same creases and folds for creating your own awning designs
