AZ Fishing Set

The AZ Fishing Kit was created as a pleasant way to pass the time or sit and chat with friends at some of SL's best water areas. Find a lovely stream to stand and cast a line, or sit by a peaceful lake to wet your line and ponder!

As these items are attached to your body they do not impact on prim limits or stop you using in no build areas. You may find though in no script areas that you cannot use the animated items.

The AZ Fishing Set includes:
- fishing stool w gear (no modify/no copy/transfer)
- fly fishing rod (no modify/no copy/transfer)
- straw fishing hat (modify/ no copy/ transfer)

PRIOR TO FISHING
*Detach or turn off all walking and movement Animation Overrides (AO).
** default attachments are to your pelvis and hand, so any other attachments will be removed (ladies please note prim skirts will be removed!)

USING YOUR FISHING ROD:
Simply wear your AZ Fishing Rod (it will default attach to your right hand)
- this immediately triggers the jigging fishing animation
- to trigger the casting animation simply touch the rod
- simply touch the rod again after casting to return to more relaxed jigging animation

*the rod can be worn either standing or sitting - if you remove the rod while sitting this may make you stand and/or if you change sitting poses this will override the fishing animation. Simply touch rod or chair to reactivate.

USING YOUR FISHING STOOL:
Simply wear your AZ Fishing Stool (it will default attach to your pelvis)
- this immediately triggers the first sitting animation
- to change sit to the crossed leg pose simply touch the chair
- simply touch the chair again to continue cycling between sits

MODIFYING YOUR HAT
The default size of the hat should work fine for the average size av. But if you require some adjustments, you can resize it.
* wear the hat copy, right click and choose edit
* select stretch on the edit dialog (this will allow you to increase the size)
* ensure "stretch Textures" is checked!!
* stretch or shrink by dragging the small white boxes
* Use edit to raise or lower the hat on your head
* You can also change textures, or rez it on the ground and attach other items
Please Note: for the most natual looking fit I suggest you make a copy of your hair and then modify it to fit under the hat, keep the two together. This gives the hat a snug look!
