Abranimations (R) Mocap Fire sticks Dance Set
This is a set of spinning fire sticks, they can be used with the interactive HUD included,
or they can be used as dance accessories for use with your own favorite dances.

Fire sticks HUD v2.1
- This is the control HUD for your fire sticks. You do not need to have this attached to use the fire sticks, but it does include some simple dance moves you can perform interactively, as well as a quick way to access the fire stick options. The HUD is modifiable, If you wish to resize it to take up more/less space on the screen you can adjust its size using the SL Editing tools.
Fire stick 2018 SMALL FLAMES - These have small flames
Fire stick 2018 MEDIUM FLAMES - These have medium flames
Fire stick 2018 LARGE FLAMES - These have large flames
You may pick from the above to adjust for sim/viewer conditions.
BOXED OLD (OBSOLETE) VERSIONS (old FX) (Swing Sticks)
This are older versions of the fire sticks, now obsolete, but included for anyone that wants them.
** HUD Controls **
The HUD has various controls. From the top down the controls are as follows...
Minimise/Maximise the HUD
- At the top of the HUD you will find a minimise/maximise button next to the HUDs title. This can be used to collapse the hud so it takes up less space on your screen when you are not using it.
Start/Stop
- This button will start stop the animations playing in the HUD. It will also start/stop the fire sticks spinning.
Options
- The fire sticks have there own set of options built in. You can access these by pressing the options button or by typing /1firemenu in chat.
Basic Movements
- There are 5 basic movement patterns. They can be selected by pressing one of the basic movement buttons 1-5
Tricks
- There are 8 single move tricks you can perform. Press one of the trick buttons to activate a move. The animations will override the basic movements.
Spin Speed
- There are 5 buttons you can use to adjust the spin speed of the fire stick. 5 is fastest setting, 1 is the slowest setting.
Please note you can also adjust the speed via the options menu (/1firemenu)
NOTE: The spin speed option DOES NOT adjust the speed of the built in animations in the HUD, it only adjusts the speed that the fire sticks spin in your hands.
** Options built into the fire sticks **
There are various options that are built into the fire sticks (rather than the hud) These are accessible by typing /1firemenu in chat or pressing the options button on the HUD.
The options are
StartSpin - will start the fire sticks spinning motion
StopSpin - this will stop the fire sticks spinning motion
SpinSpeed - Will display a submenu with various spin speed options. (The spin speed can also be adjusted using the HUD buttons)
Particles - This will display a submenu which allows you to turn off the motion trail particles or adjust the length of the effect
(This option is only available in the fire sticks with particle trails. Not the fire ribbon style. )
Sound - This will turn on/off the fire sound that the fire sticks play
FireColor - This will display a submenu that allows you to try various different fire colours. The regular fire color is called 'Normal'. The other available colours are red,green,blue,pink
TrailLength - Adjust the length of the particle ribbon trails
** Chat Commands **
If you do not wish to use the HUD, you can access most of the fire stick options via chat commands (or gestures that trigger chat commands). Please Note: To perform the built in animations in this set you will still need to have the HUD attached, although they can also be triggered via chat commands if you prefer.

- This will reset the HUD to its original shape and size, this is useful if the hud becomes accidentally broken by modifying its shape.

- HIDE the hud from the screen altogether

- Show the hud on the screen if it is hidden.

Cerca 2000, not what I expected from Abranimations
The concept is nice. But the particals are far to high and there is no way to turn down the particle or light count on the fire it's self. The 'dances' that come with this are poor choices and make you look like you are trying to raise the roof while burning your face off. I love Abranimations... but this was NOT worth 600L at all. Not even 200 in my opinion. The animations flowed nicely... but they really could have done this a lot better.

Initially I did not like it, but it was my own fault of the viewer setting, which makes the smoke to appear so thick, that I could not even see the face of my avatar. But when I asked for a help to the creator, I got a prompt advise as to why it appeared like that. I received a to the point advise to my issue, and it was solved magically. My viewer setting of the particle counts was set at max, and it was as easy as that.
Now, I love it as much as the other fire poi product. Both are great :)
would have been great except one thing
the swingers create a black smoke that causes an incredible amount of lag and covers your character entirely and there is no option to turn it off, an unfortunate waste of money on what could have been a great product
