Acme Bot Detector will show you any scripted agents (bots) in the region.
Included are three variants:
HUD

3 LI mesh cute little robot
This gadget uses the new feature introduced in 2023 by Linden Labs which allows scripts to detect registered bots.

Amazing freebie
This HUD is simply a marvel for the price and totally changed the way I see things on SL. It even made me discover some surprises, but shhh! ;)
However it is not perfect yet and has a few shortcomings:
1. It is sometimes too slow to pick a rogue sniffer bot that enters a region and leaves after a dozen seconds, which is their typical behavior.
2. The hover text has a too low display limit, so the HUD cannot display all bots names in areas crowded with bots (and sadly, such areas are a common thing on the grid).
Nethertheless, I would recommend this tool to anyone concerned with the non-identified bot problem and I'm eagerly waiting for an upgraded version.
