Ugh, it looks like it is made from ripped paper!
Obvious the textures are set to alpha masking instead of alpha blending.
Something tells me that alpha blending made the beard disappear in front of other transparent objects!
Not bad
It looks good, would like to see something like this with a bit less beard. Pretty much the same thing, just shorter.
One thing it can really use is X, Y, and Z resizer instead of one that controls all three axis simultaneously, would really help with fitting to head shapes since two shapes isn't going to cover all bases.
Will be keeping an eye on this for sure.
And the "unpacker" is pretty simple, but still very different, easy to see why there's confusion.
