I really like this hair and it went perfect with my bento head. I read the reviews prior to purchasing this because thats always a smart thing to do....well until now. The hud does come with the hair, you wear the package and touch once for the menu. You get 3 options, touch once to receive the hair, then repeat the cycle to get the hud and tatttoo layer separately. I guess for newbies this can somewhat be confusing but I also don't think these customers took the time to even try and figure it out. It was much easier to complain and leave a bad review which unfortunately for the seller, doesn't help. The hair is great, you get lots of color options and is definitely worth a buy. 5 stars easy.
