what can I say.. except...
I LOVE IT!
I normally don't get along with such products ( shaved sides ect ect ect) but this one.. just works.. and compliments the character im going for. Sure it takes a while to make sure you et all the items you need (need to pay a bit of extra attention) its not a negative in any way for the product. Thank you Marilyn for this awesome product
Excellent Hair! But, Minor confusion in packaging & some Hairbase clipping.
Love the hair! Love the mesh. Love the textures! Love the materials!
Packaging is not for the lazy, however. Make sure when you unbox it, you click on the box to get the menu... so you can choose to Get Hair, Get Base, and Get HUD! That way you'll get everything you want/need to get set up =)
I read the creator's previous response for their decision in packaging this way, but as a creator who sees countless support questions, I have to suggest that you do something better. Even advanced/long time SLers think that if they rez a box and "Copy to inventory" they are going to get everything. That's clearly not the case here, since you have your server send the HUDs and Hairbases separately. I'd suggest that instead of relying a click to open, perhaps you have the dialog pop up automatically. Hell, you might even want to have it ask your customer if they want the HUD and Hairbase as well. This would reduce frustration on the end user side.
Additionally... your Male Catwa 3D Hairbase has clipping issues, as seen here: https://gyazo.com/56d1e6b43049492c96e95d8867108ef9 . In the end, this is the reason I can only give 4 stars. The packaging wasn't inconvenient enough, to me, to be a REAL issue, but the clipping is pretty annoying. As much as I'd like to use the 3D hairbase to benefit from Materials (NICE, btw!), I can't stomach the clipping, even with the omega hairbase applied to the head directly underneath.
All that said, I will continue browsing your shop looking for more goodies!

love the options and the styling and even different metal options pretty much everything works as long as you read the instructions that's where the lower reviews are coming in.
the ones that say not everything are included cause they didn't fully unpack the box everything is included with that this product has listed

Nice hair,,, but no hud for the hair.. Huds for base and metals only.. How... weird!
