This is a large, two storey building with a 30x20 footprint and consists of 87 prims.
It is modifiable, but please take a copy first and
DO NOT RESIZE!!! I repeat, DO NOT RESIZE! The main building structure has megaprims in it and if you resize those parts will shrink.
It has touch on/off lights, and ladder access to the roof. It would be ideal for a shop unit or club.
