97 land impact, 15x25 base.
This is one of my versions of a charming brownstone building.
It is a 4-storey walk-up apartment building. The apartments are all 1 room to ensue low prim.
The basement apartment has the largest area because there is no need for corridors to the upper level. It also has direct access to the upper corridor.
The roof is accessible via stairs. No need to fly.
I have included pictures of how I decorated the open room layout.
This building is not neccessarily for living quarters. It can also be offices or bars and restaurants, suitable for roleplay.
You may need to be able to edit terrain to embed this building into the ground.
