The installed boards retain MOD/COPY/TRANS (except scripts are no mod) so you can include the system as part of your building(s) and sell it.

Pros:
Easy to set up, easy to use, and adaptable for multiple purposes. excellent for any user as a simple teleporter.
Cons:
Lack of an access list to allow specific individuals while excluding all else regardless of group.
Does not allow for scripts and functionality to be transferred to the builder's own prims. something I know a lot of builders (including myself) are picky about.
