There are many ways to setup the board. I prefer this one:
1) Rez the ad board
2) Touch the board to get the menu
3) Set maximum rental time and weekly fee in the main menu, disable the floating text in the the sub menu
4) Disable reset on rez in the sub menu, so that you can take the board back into your inventory without any loss of your settings
5) Take the board back into your inventory
6) Rez as many ad boards you'd like without having to manually setup each one
7) If you want to list your place on http://adboards.ohost.de replace ONE ad board with the web version of the board (one web version is includet)

I purchased this in 2013. I am only writing this review now 12 years later only because I have recently been getting complaints from users that are not great with the English language. One person would pay the adboard but let it sit so it would just say "Reserved" but I have had numerous people reading it as "reserve" meaning they can pay the board to reserve it... I had numerous people pay someones elses "reserved" board for an entire month without anyone letting me know and now I might have to refund people a total of $1000L... With that the menus are a bit complicated for them having to navigate through so many steps and options. Its been a good board for 12 years but now its showing its age and the interface isnt user friendly.
Good but apparently not customisable
This is an excellent ad board and worthy of the highest rating with the exception of 1 point. The main board wallpapers (splash pages) can't be customised meaning the owner has to live with the creators graphics and not with self made textures that would better fit the ambience and surrounding of the venue so 4 stars - sorry!

as far as functionality and options and the price is fat too :) paying people to advertise in these boards is a breeze and you can have a slideshow and wonderful options so I bought em for myself as well !!

I've never seen an ad board that can do as much as this one.
My favorite feature is the Greeter. You can enter in a message of your choice to give to all that touch it, even an invitation to join a group by pasting in the group's URI link.

Best adboard ever!!!!
There are many adboards here on marketplace, but not for this price and with all these features! No renaming objects you want to put into the board and ANY object is possible! Not only landmarks, NCs and pictures! What I love most is the non reset function when rezzing. I had to spend a lot of time to configure every adboard I rezzed! Now you do it once and that's it!!!
Be careful! There are cheap adboards here to order, which reset, before the rent expires!!! Adboards which need a special name for the objects you want to put into! Always take a look at the reviews, if you have a look at other ones! ...did I mention the slideshow already??? *giggles*
