The Alice Victorian Beach House is a 3 and a half storey house with 4 bedrooms and an attic.
It has double verandah that wraps almost half the house.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with the covered verandah. The attic is usable.
It is 194LI and 17.5x17.
I have also added optional landscaping and it needs an area of 21x21.
