This is a mod that replaces the entire [EP] Pony and only makes use of the AO(Animation Overrider) with the deformer script removed.
There are 3 sizes of mesh bodies included: Small, Medium, and Large. In the screenshots these are shown as Cadence, Luna, and Celestia in order.
The wings are fully animated using efficient mesh animation techniques as well as has 4 base poses to choose from that you can set on either wing independently.
The hud can be used to swap the eyes from the preset textures as well as control the wings
Included in the box of extras are several texture packs for preset colors and textures for wings as well as the color changer. Should also work with the mero color hud.

I'm another one of those ponies, I bought this mod kit just for the wings, totally worth it, quick recolor and a little resizing and they fit perfectly with the EP pony, but of course after I played around with the wings I took a look at the rest of the mod kit, which I found to be pretty impressive as well.

do to the fact i just got this mod i love the wings but the rest needs to go back to the drawing bored like maybe try to get someone to make a princess AO for it or something b/c seeing a princess wiggle her ass doesn't do her any good I guess what I was thinking is i would be like wow when i got my own alicorn and to me its just meh not that good
Yeah you can make the wings fit normal ponies
I originally bought this JUST for the wings, and haven't messed with the body, so I can't comment on that. The reason I'm leaving a review is mostly to point out that yes, you can re-size these to fit regular ponies, and they make very excellent replacements for the ones that come with the EP, the cellshade doesn't separate during the flight animations, and they come with many more position choices and a twitch.
The trick is to not just shrink them down, but to go and edit linked on each and every position. You have to do it separately for both sides, and it can be tricky since you need to grab both the cellshade and main piece at the same time. I suggest pulling the pieces that are the flap animation back and away from the rest of the pieces as you work. Takes awhile, but looks VERY nice and is well worth it. Don't listen to people who say they will always be oversized and won't fit correctly! ....but don't expect it to be easy, and you should probably know what you're doing when you mod stuff before you try.

my only regret is they don't come with a pomf, or instructions on how to set one up.

need more size differences
10% difference for alicorn bodysize it's too small, I don't know about others but I didn't saw real difference, as I think difference should be as minimum 20%
