These textures are free to use and distribute as you wish, as long as they are always given away freely with no associated charge whatsoever. Feel free to share them with your friends or anyone in need. You may also include them in products which you sell, if you find doing so useful to your customers... but, neither are you able to use their inclusion as a selling point nor are you able to charge extra for their inclusion.
