Make sure you are in a land that allows scripts to run when you rez the rez box. If you are not it will not work. Don’t complain about it! The building is in a rez box so you can move it and put it where you want it to be!
You get a version with no decor: 106 prims
You get the version with the decor but be aware that the lights i have add they are many many prims.
If you cannot afford to spend all that prim delete them. Alternatively, keep a few of them.
Almost 280 prims with lights
It fits 6128 m Lasnd size. Not smaller than that.

The bag you will get add it on you and it gives you a folder with everything it has in it. If that does not work (sl bug) then click on it as you wear it and it will give you the folder. I have added 2 different scripts to make sure that if one stop working the other will. NO NEED TO REZ IT to get what it has in it.
