Eight parts included that snap together, so you can build any combination you can think of with it.
Each part has several texturable faces, so you can customize the parts to your liking.

Probably the best modular house I've bought
Was a bit overwhelmed at first, but everything fits together nicely and it's very aesthetically pleasing once it's complete! I'd highly recommend this to anyone that's looking for a fully customizable house for a good price!

Extremely modular. There's textured provided to help make your life a lot easier. This thing can be a hallway, a standalone house, a club. If you can think of it, you probably can make it out of this set.
Faces of mesh can be recolored/retextured in very predictable spots, making modification very smooth. Hands down, one of the best mesh products I've bought to date, and a great price for it.
