Mesh clothing is rigged so that it moves with the movement of the avatar. A rigged mesh item can not be resized or repositioned.
With the rising popularity of rigged mesh clothing , it is difficult for shoppers to be sure that designers are creating mesh clothing in sizes that will suit their avatar shapes. Likewise, it is impossible for designers to know how to size their rigged mesh clothing because of the extremely wide range of shapes used in Second Life.

If you right click an alpha layer from inventory and choose "add" from the drop down menu it will combine it with any alpha layers you are currently wearing,such as clothes for example.
How do I wear the mesh item?

It's really simple! you can double click the item from your inventory.
Additionally, you can right click the item in inventory and choose 'wear' or 'add.'
Wear will replace any other object/mesh attached to the same point on your avatar.
