The Amphitheatre can be modified. You choose to use the mesh land with the flowers or not. The steps won't be required if you use the land so less prims if you remove the steps under the land. 51m x 45m in total.

A big no no
A big lag fest - plants and ruin is sculpted. Bad textures. No, goes in the trash,sorry. I recommend a price about 199LS - to people stuck in SL 2007. The mesh hills around the ruin don´t help.

Excelent product and customer service
I had a problem with my product (If it seems to have more prims than it should position it then unlink the mesh land from the building). The Creator got with me within 2 hours and we figured out the problem. This is a great build and well worth the money.
