I use static poses to start and end dance performances, which is why I purchased this set. When I got them, there was an issue with height that wouldn't have mattered if I was only using them for picture taking. I sent the creator a notecard & she responded in less than an hour & promptly fixed the issue for me. Super customer service in an era when that seems to have gone out the window.
