Angel wings is an option to fly a pair of angel wings that you can use for special occasions or as long as required.
They are not full perms
Withdraw to be on the floor and kids only see wings, but when flying. Expand and do a great movement to fly. The avatar adopts its own position or flight animation.

Angel wings are small and do not come with any instructions on how to use them. Therefore they remain tiny on one's back. They are no mod. No AO. They are scripted with a Puppeteer's code but the script does not work.
