Animated Texture SciFi Radar Signal Loop

The texture you see is not even included in the purchase as the title and the photo would lead you to think. What is included is a prim with the texture applied and a script inside already animating. So any chance of putting the texture anywhere else for any other needs is completely not possible. This is a misleading advertisement and dishonest about what is really included.
