Such a nice fan with automatic light at 1Prim
Included is a texture menu, a speed control and even a light switch for on, off, or automatic on/off with SL night. It is modify so you can resize to taste and need. All this and only 1 prim LI
Size matters
Maybe it's just me. Probably is, but I think it's a bit too big.

Couldn't resize the fan itself, only the "thing that fixes it to the ceiling"
