Surprise! This isn't a gacha item!
Take this sound and pop it into your Hallowpup actions hud by going into the Edit menu, selecting the hud, removing the original "barksound" file (preferably to your inventory so you don't lose it!) and adding your new state of the art Annoying Dog Bark!
