Any AV Online Status Indicator with message capability

A 1 prim online indicator with the following features

* Specify Avatar to monitor (Ideal for club and store staff)
* Displays the Avatar profile picture by default, however if there is a texture in the contents of the indicator it will display that instead
* Border changes colour, Green = Online or Red = Offline
* Can be enabled/disabled using a simple chat command by the Avatar being monitored
* Allows users to send messages to the Avatar if he/she is off line
* Will store messages for the Avatar if he/she is offline, and will send them when the owner is next online
* Hover text can be enabled or disabled with a simple chat command

This is the Any AV edition, which allows the owner to assign the board to staff members of their club/store.

The item itself is copy/mod although it may appear as no-modify in your inventory as the script is no-modify
