You are purchasing store credit in the amount shown on the listing, in the form of a gift card which you wear in-world as a HUD item.
The permissions on the gift card is no copy, no modify, transfer. It is set as such so that you can gift the card to a friend or loved one if you wish. You can do this by passing the card directly in-world or by using the gift function on the Second Life Marketplace.
Using the card is straight forward:
** Please note in order to transfer this card to another avatar, you first need to rez it on the ground to verify the authenticity of the card. Once this step has been done the card will become transfer and you can pass it on. **
- Right click the card in your inventory and ‘add’ it
- You will see the card in the bottom right corner of your screen
- Left click on an Apple Fall vendor (price tag) at the in-world store
- Choose ‘Use gift card credit’ from the menu
- The price of the object will appear as hovertext on the gift card
- A ‘Buy Now’ button will appear on the card, click on this
- The credit will be deducted from your gift card balance, and your item will be delivered
