The Apple Fall Hardwick Manor is a large English country house. Boasting original architectural features and plenty of rooms and nooks for you to store all of those beloved keepsakes (and perhaps also beloved family members if there's room left), the house is charming and cosy, with vintage textures.

Exposed, cracking plasterwork compliments the stripped hardwood oak floors and reclaimed flagstone tiles. Original quarry tiles line the sun room to compliment the detailed textures across the house.

The house consists of a foyer, off which is an open-plan kitchen / sun room area, and an any-purpose room with french doors to outside.
Travelling up the detailed staircase takes you onto the 1st floor hallway, off which lie 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Up the stairs once more takes you to the top floor, with exposed beams. This consists of a large hallway area and an additional bedroom.

The exterior is primarily Georgian with a later brick-built victorian addition on the back. The interior consists of a plethora of eras but come together perfectly for that quirky charm (See all pictures attached).

The house is 345 Land Impact, and is copy and modify. 100% mesh with high detailed, realistic textures; baked with vray lighting.

I recommend, as with any big purchase, that you view the house in-world before purchasing (the house is also available to purchase at the link below). The house is unfurnished, and the landscaping items pictured are sold separately at the store. Thank you, and enjoy the latest house from Apple Fall.

Really fantastic texturing and modelling of a classic Georgian building.

Some points that could be improved..

Firstly the interior of this building, is not laid out in the same classic way that the exterior is.
This type of building is very common in Britain, and is always laid out the same way inside, with a central stair case, and doors to each side. The two bay windows at the bottom, would be two separate rooms, with doors onto the hall. Likewise upstairs, would be two rooms each side, and the staircase and landing in the centre. It is strange (and annoying), to see such a perfect model of a classic building on the outside, with such a strange interpretation of the inside layout, especially as it is impossible to modify it.

Secondly, as is the case, with most buildings in Second Life, from the outside this looks like a 7 or 8 bedroomed house, with more than one bathroom, and three reception rooms, which would be called a 'Manor' and yet inside is only a 3 bedroom home with one bathroom. Disappointing.

Thirdly, as other people have pointed out, it is impossible to use this building without scaling it up, and it is actually around 500-550 prims once it is at a usable size. This would not be so bad, if it actually was Manor sized inside, but for a 3 bed home, is a bit high.

Having said all this, it is certainly worth the 500 prim space, as it is a beautiful building, and certainly worth the price too.

Beautiful, Inside and Out

There are houses that are very attractive on the outside, but when you go inside, the textures are bland and banal. More rarely, there are houses that are very plain on the outside, but inside they are very attractive. But the texturing of this house is exquisite, refined, and incredibly detailed, inside and out. Its a pleasure to approach, walk around, and live in.

Exquisite Detail

I went on an Apple Fall shopping spree and grabbed this house. It is exquisite in detail. It may appear a bit smaller than some scale houses, but that is easily solved by stretching the entire house to the desired size. It will, of course, increase the prim count if stretched, but if you need more space inside it is the solution. When I stretched mine to the size I personally desired, it increased to 507 prims, but that was my preference. The house is quite lovely and functional just as it comes out of the box. The texturing and realism of the house exceeded my expectations and is well worth the price.

Most Beautiful House Ever!

I love the rustic look. It's absolutely amazing just a lot of prims and I lag a bit. Apart from that it is easily one of the beautiful houses I've seen in SL so far. Awesome job!
