PACK OF 3 TREES
Low prim season changing tree with particle emitter and separate shadow.
The tree counts 3 prims, the shadow 1 prim. Click the tree to select a season from the menu: spring, summer, autumn (full and end), winter and snow. In spring or autumn full mode the tree whirls down white flowers or autumn leaves. The summer version has fixed apples.
The scripted shadow can be set to different transparencies (via menu). Lighting can be set to Full Bright or Default. Particles can be switched on/off. Access to all menus can be set to either Owner or Public.

Nice trees!
I recently bought several of these trees (including apple, cherry, pear and oak) to outfit my rental properties. The trees gave the sim a nice, homey feel. The setup and controls are very easy to use. The shadows have their own controls, allowing you to customize the look of your tree from top to bottom, no matter the season.
My favourite in the collection is the apple tree, especially with the snow covered option for winter. The oak is very large and impressive, and the fall colours look great. I love having the option of having a different amount of leaves during the fall months. The fruit trees have lovely blossoms in spring, bear fruit in summer, and change to a lovely colour in the fall. These trees are perfect for my season-changing sim without having to "uproot" trees and replant for different seasons. Saves a lot of work and time.
As for room for improvement, I hope that the designer will consider adding the snow-covered option to the other trees in this series. Also, some of the trees have more options than others, and whether the shadow is linked to the tree or not is not consistent among the varieties (unlinked preferred in my case). The Apple tree gets 5/5 stars!

Practical, real textures, all type of controls even to stop the falling leaves or flowers...a garden changes totally when the apple tree arrives.
