I thought it was silly for there to be no FREE Bakes-on-Mesh applier available on the marketplace, so figured out the what-hows and here we go.
This should apply all relevant BoM textures (head, upper & lower) to any Omega-enabled mesh body or body part.
It does not change the alpha mode of those bodies/parts, so alpha wearables may not function correctly or show up red. (this may be a bug with the implementation of BoM, currently)
If your body/parts shows up bright blue or yellow after using this applier, it means your SL viewer does not support Bakes-on-Mesh!

So, it pretty much sends the Bakes On Mesh textures to the mesh parts using the Omega system, which is useful for no-mod bodies and heads. The only 'con' to this method is potential alpha glitches due to the skin layer being set to blending mode by default with BoM, but that's certainly not the fault of this applier.
Requires a viewer version 6.3.0 or higher. Remove alpha masks intended to hide system layers before use.

Been waiting for Maitreya and LAQ to go BoM so this is such a welcomed thing.
Works like a charm and now I get to see all my old skins updated to new meshes and heads <3
