April Courtyard House is a simple private home with a swimming pool in the middle of the courtyard. There are 2 separate 'rooms' and a lot of covered verandahs. You can even put this house up in the sky!
The house and pool is 42 land impact.
I have added optional pots and plants which are 38 land impact.
The complete house is 80 land impact.
April Courtyard House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.
