This is Remph's Wheel - an intricately hand-painted halo accessory with rotation animations. The outer circle/rim pulses with a glow.
There is a static version included for those who prefer to have animations off!
This is unrigged, with 11 colour options for each of the 5 separate areas - Gem, Pin, Fork, Spokes and Rim. They can be resized when clicked.
