Land impact: 170 LI
Size: 32m x 32m x 227m (heigh), it fits well on a 1024 sqm land
Installation :
Just rezz the (rezzer) in the center of your parcel (a 1024 sqm minimum) click it and select build, then when its done you could move or rotate the tower by moving or rotate the rezzer if you need so. (i strongly recommend that you move slightly the rezzer after build is rezzed, doing that will fix any part that didn't rezz well) .
When your satisfy with the position, to lock it in place click the box and select done, doing that will remove position scripts in the build so you will no longer be able to move it with the rezzer.
Using the elevator:
Click the green button on the controller box nearby the elevator on ground floor, it will open a setup page, on that web page you could if you wish (not required) setup a password but you could as well click on continue without a password, (don't take too much time otherwise you will have to click the green button again)
Click on the green box Initialize on the web page, wait 30 sec so the download finish then click the [Gentek] Delta Elevator Car (Single) v1.0.6 box then click below that the button Connect & Configure, you will see all the floors setup, then click on Save & Start and close the web page , your elevator is ready to use.
To call an elevator you must be at an arm distance from it (like in rl).
Note: If you rezz more than one building containing a Gentek elevator, you will get this message '' [Gentek] Delta Elevator Intercom v1.0.6: You have rezzed another intercom phone. This intercom phone will now be deleted because only one intercom phone per region is supported.'' It's a Gentek issue, nothing i could personally fix.
Have fun with it, for support just send me an IM

Simply stunning.
One of the most remarkable skyscrapers I've ever seen, this architectural marvel seamlessly combines functionality with stunning design. With its soaring height and numerous floors, the skyscraper offers unparalleled panoramic views that simply take your breath away.
The thoughtful layout of the building ensures efficient use of space and a seamless flow from one area to another. Every aspect of this skyscraper exudes excellence and sophistication. It truly sets the standard for what a skyscraper should be!
Great for decoration and for CSS!
This building is a great decoration and can also, be fun for games like CSS in Second life!
I think it is really kewl!
I made a sort of urban type sim, and this is a fun part of it! There's lost of simple n' functional spaces for friends who want a kind of home away from home on my sim, with great views. And the elevator works great!
Spacious and low prim
Disclaimer: The creator sent me an updated version of the one I bought a few months before and mentioned he got a poor review. Given I've loved this piece, I figured I would help offset a negative opinion about a building I love.
So what do I like about it?
- Low prim, for the amount of floors and the buildings size I consider the prim count reasonable.
- Spacious interior.
- Working elevators. A lot of my low prim skyscrapers I have to make the elevators myself.
- Most of all for my city, I like the exterior style, fits perfect in my futuristic sci-fi city.
Great Building for Residential areas!
This updated building fits the suggested area well, and is very nice! I had purchased this previously but hadn't had the space to put it, but the updated version is very nicely sized and I am honestly looking for an excuse to use it at this point. It gives wonderful views of the sim around it and isn't overwhelming with far too many floors. Overall I think this is well worth your linden!
It can be done much better!
The seller was very kind and showed me the tower, but unfortunately some things can't be seen until it's yours.
It is not suitable for a plot of 1024sqm as described,
it takes at least 2024sqm otherwise it overflows. (parcel line)
Building it with normal prim, the land impact is much less! (under 100 prim)
In the end I binned it and built it myself, higher, more floors and less use of prim!
Money thrown away!
I don't recommend it!
